Retainers
I offer three retainer options designed to meet your various needs. Retainers are structured based on the number of hours required and the scope of services provided. Retainers are offered on a 30-day basis.
Essential Support Retainer | up to 20 hours per month | standard turnaround of 3-5 days
Litigation Support Retainer | 20-40 hours per month | priority turnaround of 2-3 days
Full Caseload Retainer | 40-50 hours per month | highest priority turnaround of 1-2 days
Flat Fees
I offer many services at a flat rate. Below are a few options with several more available:
Medical Records | Request, follow-ups, PDF organization and bookmarking, fact summaries
Pleadings | Complaints, non-dispositive motions, notices, proposed orders, discovery, meet and confers, subpoenas
Medical Specials Spreadsheet | Medical billing review with totals in categories such as adjusted, billed, co-pays, out-of-pocket, etc.
Demand Packet | Records/bills organization, fact-based package
Lien Identification | Initial notice to all known insurance companies, reduction package available
